Vendor Exhibits

Vendor exhibit options are available in the spacious Ryman Exhibit Hall B1, positioned between the massed ringing venue and event classrooms and easily accessible from the Delta Atrium at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Start planning now to present your company’s products and services to the international handbell community. The exhibit space will open the evening of Sunday, July 31 and will close at 3 p.m. on Thursday, August 4.

Exhibitor Booth – $600. Includes:

  • 10′ x 10′ booth w/ 3-sided pipe & drape and identifying booth sign
  • 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste can
  • One standard electrical drop (120 volt, 5 amp circuit) available
  • Access to internet (shared wifi) for one device
  • Event badge for 2 company reps to for access to massed ringing floor, solo concerts, Opening Ceremonies, College Ring-In Concert, IHS Closing Concert
  • Option for showcase and shared reading sessions*
  • Opportunity to participate in daily drawings
  • 1/8 ad in print program
  • Event pin and tote bag

Community Plaza Table – Cost: $150

(must be an HMA individual or group member)

  • One 6′ skirted table with two chairs in an open courtyard setting
  • Limit one table per person/organization
  • Community Plaza tables are only available for full registrants of the International Handbell Symposium.
